PAYMENT

We take security very seriously at Sugarush.  We do everything we can to counteract fraud and we do not store any customer details pertaining to payment information on our in-house systems or on our website. We hope this gives you some reassurance when shopping with us.

All orders can be paid for using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Delta or via PayPal. Our payment process is hosted via the PayPal secure server. You will be sent an email confirming your order as soon as payment is received and a further email confirming the dispatch of your order.

DELIVERY

Our standard postage and packaging rates are based on the Royal Mail first class packet prices and are calculated by the weight of the items ordered, included in the price is a small amount to cover the cost of the packaging.  

FREE delivery on all mainland UK orders over £30

We aim to dispatch goods on the same day that your order is placed and paid for, orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. We will do our utmost to dispatch your goods as quickly as possible, but unfortunately we can’t guarantee their prompt arrival.

If you would prefer to have your goods sent by Royal Mail 1st class guaranteed delivery (signature required), you can add this option to your shopping basket.

All goods will be dispatched to the delivery address on the order. We can't replace or refund lost orders if the address you have provided is incorrect so please take care. We can replace or refund items genuinely lost provided they meet Royal Mail’s criteria.

RETURNS POLICY

At Sugarush we have a “no quibble guarantee” you can return your goods and we’ll give you a refund.

Unfortunately, we can’t refund any postage charges incurred by you for your returns.

We are sure that you will be delighted with the products but in the unlikely event that you are not, just return them to us (we suggest a "signed for" service to make sure we get them) in a resalable condition and we'll refund the cost of your goods.
